Got a call from a dear friend who lives in Gabon. It was so nice to hear from her. It always is. She was calling from The Hague and she has shopping plans for the weekend (wish I could join her). We managed to swap blogs. Saw a lot of elephant photos. I guess people weren't kidding when they say you can have tea with elephants in the garden. The elephants were so cute! Must make a point of visiting her in Gabon. Sadly, I have yet to experience any elephant sightings here in Nigeria.
Random happenings:
1) Our bus got left behind and had to play catch-up with the rest of the convoy. Apparently the driver was a "Graduate Development Trainee".
2) Saw a vulture on the office roof top while on a fag break.
3) Had a meeting with the Legal Director and noticed that the corridor to his office had fancy carpets.
4) Found out one of the blogs I've been "kaypoh-ing" (admittedly) belongs to a friend's ex-husband's current wife.
