Surprisingly (rather pleasantly I must say), we have not been graced by the presence of royalty today. Queen Bee did not turn up for work, and I couldn't be bothered to play the concerned colleague to ask of her whereabouts.I spent the whole day - literally, as I missed lunch and took the 5 p.m. bus home - tidying things up, i.e. responding to 3-day old e-mails (lost count how many) and closing issues before the 2-day (hoo-ray!!) public holiday next week.
